RETURNS:
Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization, and exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns via Fed Ex, UPS or registered mail.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact MD Moms at our toll-free number (888.636.6672) within 10 days of delivery.

If you believe your purchase has been lost or stolen, please contact MD Moms as soon as possible to expedite processing. All lost items will be subject to verification through the original freight carrier.

ORDER STATUS:
