Mirror Mirror Presents ICMAD City Awards Recognizing Cosmetic Innovation

Jeanine Recckio, the world’s leading beauty trend forecaster and founder of Mirror Mirror Inc., a trend forecasting and strategic marketing company in New York City and Palm Beach, served as this year’s guest presenter for the third annual CITY Awards for Cosmetic Innovators of The Year. The highly coveted CITY Awards for products and innovation recognize the contributions of Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) member companies.

Prior to announcing the CITY Award winners, Recckio challenged attendees to look beyond the ordinary with an exploration of her SuperTrends 2025. She examined macro trends of today, that will shape tomorrow's future world of technology, food, culture, beauty, cosmetics, and more.

The CITY Awards highlighted the 33rd ICMAD Annual Meeting and Dinner on June 21, 2006, at Tavern on the Green in New York City. ICMAD, founded in 1974, is a trade association of independent cosmetic manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of services and components to the cosmetic industry.
